On November 4, 2021, the Let’s Active 40th Anniversary Concert Event was held in Winston-Salem, NC with Mitch Easter and friends to celebrate 40 years since the band formed with the original lineup of Mitch Easter, Faye Hunter, and Sara Romweber. Hosted by MUSE Winston-Salem and The Ramkat, the event featured historical commentary about the band's influence and legacy with guest speakers Don Dixon, DD Thornton Kenny, Mitch Easter, Rob Ladd, David Menconi, and Jeffrey Dean Foster. Tributes were paid to Faye Hunter by Mitch Easter and to Sara Romweber by Rob Ladd. Mitch Easter and several guest musicians performed a set of Let's Active songs from their EP "Afoot" and first LP "Cypress".
